Every company has a map of where AI pays off. We draw it, then we build the route.

How we work
Four stages, in order. Each one ends with something your team can see, use, or run.
- 1Align
Executive alignment
A half-day with your leadership team. We agree where AI matters, where it doesn't, and what 'working' means this year — because a company moves at the speed of its leaders.
- 2Map
Map the work
We interview the people doing the work, map how it actually moves between systems, and rank every opportunity by value and feasibility. The best one becomes a working prototype.
- 3Build
Build the systems
Six-week sprints ship production agents and workflows on the stack you already run — with an eval suite, approval gates, and monitoring. Not a demo.
- 4Train
Train the team
Your champions pair with our builders from day one. Hands-on training and office hours make sure your team runs the systems — and keeps building — after we leave.
Afterwards, we can stay on as your fractional Head of AI.
Executive Session
Half day · from $6,000A hands-on half-day that gives your leadership team clarity and a first move.
Built by people who ship
We're builders first. A strategy is only as good as the system it turns into — so the same people who set the plan write the code and train the team.
We build, then we teach
Every engagement ends with software that runs and a team that can run it. There are no slide-deck-only deliverables.
How we workSenior people, small team
The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work. No account layers, no bench of juniors learning on your budget.

Who we work with
Mid-sized companies — roughly 50 to 2,000 people — where a few well-built systems change how the whole business runs. The playbook differs by industry; the standards don't.
- Operations
Operations-heavy companies
Logistics, manufacturing, field services, healthcare administration
We automate the work that happens between your systems: exceptions, approvals, reconciliations, reporting, and follow-ups.

Law, accounting, agencies, consultancies
Document-heavy firms where judgment matters
We turn intake, review, drafting, and research into AI-assisted workflows your experts trust — with the checks your clients expect.

Companies adding AI to what they sell and how they build
We help teams ship AI features customers actually use, and adopt agentic development without breaking what already works.

Questions we get on the first call
How is Rivergreen different from an AI agency or a big consultancy?
Agencies build what you ask for; consultancies tell you what to build. We do both, with one senior team, at fixed scope — and we publish starting prices. Most firms doing serious AI work only take $1B+ companies. We work with mid-sized companies, where a few well-chosen systems change the P&L.
How fast will we see something working?
Three weeks. The Diagnostic ends with a working prototype of the highest-value opportunity, so the decision to invest in a Build Sprint is based on something you can click, not a slide.
Which models and tools do you use?
Whichever fit the job and your constraints. We work across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and open-weight models, and build on the cloud and systems you already run. We'll also tell you when a problem doesn't need AI at all — most workflow problems are mostly software.
Is our data safe?
We deploy inside your cloud or a dedicated environment, use enterprise API terms that exclude training on your data, and put approval gates on any step that touches money, customers, or records of truth. A security review is part of every Build Sprint.
We already tried AI and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?
Usually the model was fine and the workflow wasn't. Pilots fail when nobody redesigns the process around them, nobody measures accuracy, and nobody owns the system after the vendor leaves. Our engagements are built around those three failures: we map the process first, define 'working' with an eval suite, and hand the system to a named owner on your team.
How do you price?
Fixed fees for fixed scope. The Executive Session and Diagnostic are flat fees; Build Sprints are scoped and priced up front; the Fractional Head of AI is a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum. Starting prices are on the services page, and a quote never changes after we've agreed on scope.
Where are you based? Do you work remotely?
Remote-first, with on-site days for executive sessions, workshops, and launches when it helps. Every client gets a shared channel and a demo on real data every week.
